      Responsibilities
      • Work with exclusive, high-intent leads - no cold calling or door knocking required
      • Meet with clients virtually or by phone to understand their financial protection needs
      • Recommend the best life insurance solutions based on each client's goals and budget
      • Guide clients through a simple, smooth, and stress-free application process
      • Educate clients on coverage options so they can make confident financial decisions
      • Follow a proven sales system with step-by-step training, mentorship, and ongoing support
      • Set your own schedule while managing your pipeline and income potential
      • Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
      • Stay up to date on product knowledge, carrier updates, and industry best practices
      • Help families secure long-term financial protection while building a rewarding career for yourself

      Qualifications

      What We're Looking For
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and develop positive client relationships
      • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to grow income through performance-based opportunities
      • Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (no experience required)
      • Coachable and open to learning, with the ability to follow a proven, step-by-step system
      • Ability to work remotely with strong time management, organization, and self-discipline
      • Professional, reliable, and responsible, with the ability to pass a background check
      • Growth-minded, with an interest in long-term career advancement and leadership opportunities
      • Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone or via virtual platforms (Zoom, etc.)
      • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and CRM systems
      • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
