What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or chat support roles, ideally in the education sector
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals
- Familiarity with live chat tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
