Loan Officer Assistant - Senior Mortgage Operations Partner
Must have an active NMLS MLO license - required at time of hire. If currently inactive - please confirm ability to reinstate.
Preferred LOA/LP2/LO or similar experience in the most recent 24 months. At minimum, related role in Mortgage in the most recent 36months. Flexibility for the right candidate

As a Senior Mortgage Operations Partner (LP2), you'll play a vital role in our top-producing team, supporting mortgage loan origination officers with your unique blend of sales expertise and exceptional customer service.
You'll manage loan files from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be key to helping us grow our business. Compensation is flex base salary + bonuses based on experience. Our goal is for every employee to be a 6-figure earner regardless of role.

Qualifications
• Active NMLS MLO license - required at time of hire. If currently inactive - please confirm ability to reinstate.
• Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo - able to speak to guidelines with confidence
• Encompass or comparable LOS; Fannie/Freddie AUS; CRM experience a plus
• Demonstrate exceptional self-management
• Able to flex when transaction volume and timelines require it
• Hybrid opportunity for the right candidate
