What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review loan applications, supporting documentation, and credit authorizations
- Maintain current understanding of loan program guidelines, pricing, policies, and procedures
- Document client conversations in loan origination software and provide timely follow-up
- Communicate status updates and escalate issues to meet client needs
- Assist clients with the utilization of the Origination system and process borrower documents accurately
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
- Basic understanding of financial documents, including assets, income, and credit
- Ability to manage multiple demands and adapt to change
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Word and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience working within the mortgage industry
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Encompass software system
- Exceptional analytical and computer skills
- Ability to execute and interpret AUS and evaluate findings
