      Local HR Business Partner for San Bonifacio factory

      Main responsibilities :

      • Support organizational, people and leadership development on the local level within the factory, and deploy People plan at local level in concertation with the local management team, Global HR Business Partner and in line with our Global People Strategy
      • Enable local management in enhancing individual and team performance so that the local organization can achieve their current and future business objectives
      • Align resources need timely together with managers ensuring effective organizational setup in the factory
      • Be part of local management and contribute in the development and execution of local strategy and other projects and activities and translate the local strategy into a strong local people & culture plan
      • Drive and implement the local people plan, measure progress frequently and adapt where needed
      • Activate leadership development and team development activities to grow capabilities and performance in the factory and deploy and adapt the learning and development strategy at local level
      • Coach, challenge and support local managers and facilitate the culture change with the appropriated guidance to people and managers
      • Guide manager in Talent Review, Salary Review, resource planning, local organizational effectiveness
      • Be the speaker partner for personnel representative and guarantees the respect of labor regulations and Alfa Laval policies and regulations
      • Coordinate local negotiations with Unions and other local agreements
      • Interact with local labor market, recruiting agencies, relevant schools and universities where required
      • Implement Alfa Laval HR processes. tools and analytics in the local organization
      • Work within the HR Operating Model, in collaboration and part of our global HR Community

      Profile

      • Bachelor degree in HR Management with 10 years of relevant experience in HR related areas
      • 5-7 years + Experience from a manufacturing environment, preferable in a multinational company within a matrix organization
      • Labor matters competence and local employment regulations knowledge
      • Expertise in negotiation and cooperation with local Unions
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and high integrity
      • Good knowledges in HR development, change management
      • Good competences in networking and influencing
      • Fluent in speaking and writing in English
