      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, process, lock, extend, and revise mortgage loan rate lock requests from mortgage loan officers or operations team members
      - Analyze and resolve operational issues related to rate lock mismatches
      - Provide guidance and support to loan origination staff to enhance customer contact and transaction analysis
      - Process and record rate lock modifications, ensuring pricing accuracy within investor guidelines
      - Collaborate with sales, processing, underwriting, and management to maintain compliance and support pricing and loan eligibility

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 2+ years of mortgage experience, preferably with pricing/registration experience
      - High attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
      - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and often stressful environment
      - Proficient computer skills in applications including Excel, Word, and Encompass or similar LOS system

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Foundational knowledge of agency and federal loan program guidelines
      - Excellent organization and verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to accept coaching and constructive criticism regarding best practices
