      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Room patients, take vital signs, and reconcile medical records
      - Perform injections and assist with medical procedures and exams
      - Submit medication prior authorizations and report abnormal laboratory values
      - Prepare and clean exam rooms for patient visits
      - Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and healthcare providers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of a Medical Assistant course accredited by CAAHEP or ABHES, or equivalent
      - Must be Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified or achieve certification within 6 months of hire
      - Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider CPR card
      - Ability to recognize symptoms of common medical illnesses and accurately report them to providers
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a pediatric or family medicine setting
      - Familiarity with telehealth services and electronic medical records
      - Bilingual skills to communicate with diverse patient populations
      - Experience with point of care testing
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
