      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and analyze financial reports and contractual documents for renewal meetings
      - Engage directly with clients to align contract renewals with their business objectives
      - Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maintain and increase revenue
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and contract management
      - Track client retention and revenue growth metrics using tools like Salesforce and Excel

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
      - 4+ years of experience in contract negotiation
      - 4+ years of experience in contact center or service delivery
      - Experience with SAAS billing models
      - Ability to effectively communicate with high-level customer stakeholders

      - Account management or sales experience
      - Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Salesforce
