What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and deploy AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce and other tools for B2C and B2B sales
- Design agents capable of handling the entire B2C sales cycle from outreach to closing
- Architect agents for B2B lead qualification and upsell opportunities
- Write and optimize sales logic and prompts to guide AI agent behavior
- Monitor agent performance, analyzing conversation logs and win/loss rates for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Systems Architecture
- Proficiency in the Salesforce ecosystem; experience with Agentforce, Einstein Bots, or Salesforce Flows is a plus
- Practical knowledge of building or configuring AI agents, chatbots, or automation workflows
- Previous experience in a sales role or collaboration with sales leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a sales development representative (SDR) or account executive (AE) role
- Familiarity with customer lifecycles, sales funnels, and marketing flow
- Knowledge of customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and conversion rates
