Annual Giving Manager

- Req#: 409636
- Strategy & Planning: Collaborates with Development Directors to build the annual giving program plan, defining revenue, donor count, acquisition, retention, and upgrade goals.
- Program Execution: Designs, builds, and manages a comprehensive omnichannel direct response (digital, social, email, and mail) and mid-level giving program. Develops and manages a year-round giving calendar, budget, and vendor relationships.
- Donor & Prospect Management: Manages an active portfolio of annual donor prospects, developing data-driven identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies. Oversees donor stewardship journeys and high-impact virtual and in-person events.
- Data & Operations: Partners with Development Operations to build and maintain the donor database (CRM), leading A/B testing, donor modeling, data segmentation, and analytics to continually refine the program.
- Communications & Reporting: Works with Development Communications to develop audience-specific messaging, campaign assets, and timely gift acknowledgments. Monitors campaign performance and advises leadership on fundraising trends and strategic resource planning.
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
- Expertise in direct mail and digital fundraising strategy, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge), segmentation, and digital tools (email platforms, analytics dashboards).
- Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable strategy and campaign reporting.
- Bachelor's degree required.

Salary: $86,930.00 - $117,611.00 per year
Eligible for annual bonus incentive - Final salary offer flexible to account for geographic location and depth of experience.
