What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate new business and maintain current accounts within the Mission Critical Data Center and Enterprise markets
- Utilize established networks to identify new business prospects in engineering, architecture, construction, and OEM sectors
- Conduct sales calls with key players in the data center colocation and hyperscaler sectors
- Develop proposals, presentations, and briefings to showcase services
- Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote the company's offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of business development or sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the data center industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field
- Existing network relationships with Enterprise, Colocation, and Hyperscale clients
- Proven experience in C-level interaction and a successful track record in managing and closing profitable deals
- Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills

- Active participation and relationships with local and national data center organizations (e.g., 7x24, iMasons, AFCOM)
