      About the Role

      The Manager, Business Sales Operations: Brand Standards is an integral support partner for the B2B team. This role is responsible for providing hands-on operational management of our enterprise accounts. The operations manager will be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. They will work cross functionally with customer service, logistics, inventory planning and product development teams to drive projects forward and maintain revenue goals for our strategic partners.

      This is a remote position, can be based anywhere in Central or Eastern Time Zone

      Responsibilities
      • Act as single point of contact for internal team (account Director, inventory, customer service, logistics and product development teams). Run weekly cross functional meetings and hold stakeholders accountable for action items and follow ups.
      • Work closely with the account Director to act as secondary point of contact for external client partners. Field client questions to appropriate SME. Support opportunities to upsell and grow account spend, triage inbound communication and loop in account Director as needed.
      • Manage existing project pipeline and ensure timely fulfillment of bulk orders. Identify and action on changes to forecast and shipping calendars.
      • Manage order operations in partnership with customer service support and logistics teams - including: quoting, quote revisions, payments, keying instructions, inventory oversight, triaging fulfillment issues, identifying correct SME's to resolve.
      • End to end project management of new orders from bid inquiry through order placement and final mile fulfillment.
      • Manage aftercare, QA and warranty claims.
      • Responsible for internal project trackers and external client reporting (updated & published on a weekly basis)

      Criteria
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
      • Experience in project management with a focus on organization of large projects.
      • Strong organizational skills and expertise in working with cross-functional teams.
      • Ability to effectively communicate to internal and external partners
      • Experienced in effective time management, problem-solving, and organization skills.
