What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers, delivering all aspects of the customer success motion
- Track product usage and leading indicators to manage customer health and escalate risks
- Coach and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to enhance their skills and performance
- Drive team performance by setting and monitoring metrics aligned with customer outcomes
- Foster collaboration with Sales, Product, and other departments to improve customer engagement and advocacy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of leadership experience or equivalent Customer Success Manager experience in a SaaS company
- Prior experience in the legal technology sector or working with legal professionals and law firms
- Proven record of driving retention, adoption, and expansion with enterprise accounts
- Hands-on experience with Gainsight, Gong, and Salesforce or similar platforms
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree or J.D. is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in building high-performing teams with a focus on empathy, clarity, and accountability
- Familiarity with GenAI systems and AI prompting engineering as applied to legal research and drafting
- Strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management
