What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and develop relationships with 4+ medium/large OnDemand or OnPrem accounts
- Prepare customer success plans and facilitate governance meetings with customer leadership
- Gather customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction through active engagement
- Coordinate communication and support between customers and internal teams to resolve issues
- Mentor junior Customer Success Managers and contribute to the overall success of the Customer Success team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, or related field; relevant work experience may substitute for education
- Minimum 6+ years of functional and technical knowledge of SaaS platforms
- Experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and experience with Duck Creek Suite and Platform
- Familiarity with ChurnZero
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and SQL Server
- 1-3 years of leadership experience
