      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of operations experts supporting the Customer Launch teams (Onboarding, Data Migrations, and Professional Services)
      - Drive strategic initiatives, programs, and projects in support of the Customer Launch team's annual goals and quarterly OKRs
      - Become an expert on key metrics and processes, providing insights and proposing action plans
      - Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency and improve customer experience
      - Optimize the Customer Launch team's tech stack, including the implementation of a new Professional Services Automation tool

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success Leadership at software companies
      - Minimum 2+ years as a People Manager, with experience managing high-performing operations professionals
      - Strong understanding of key metrics for Customer Success, specifically Onboarding and Professional Services teams
      - Excellent organization and time management skills, with experience managing detailed project plans
      - Data-driven and analytical, able to measure business impact using data

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a power user or technical admin of Professional Services Automation platforms (e.g., Certinia, Rocketlane) or Customer Success platforms (e.g., ChurnZero, Gainsight)
      - Passion for designing effective operational solutions and thriving in fast-paced environments
