What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to achieve performance goals
- Monitor team performance across key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention and satisfaction
- Support CSMs in creating and executing Success Plans that drive meaningful outcomes for clients
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and act as trusted advisors during industry changes
- Collaborate with sales, implementation, support, and product teams to enhance the customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of people management or team lead experience
- 3-5+ years of Customer Success experience
- Experience in the multifamily property industry with a strong understanding of its dynamics and operational requirements
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative communication abilities

- Proven track record of developing team performance as a motivated coach
- Familiarity with customer engagement strategies in a multi-location marketing context
