Omnicom Media Group is seeking a dynamic professional with strong data and business analysis skills to join our HRIS team. The HRIS Manager is responsible for supporting HR systems development initiatives for Omnicom Media Group. The HRIS role will drive the successful delivery of accurate data, enhance process automation, and HR Metric reporting to all levels of management. This individual will be an HR partner and data leader who will be instrumental in delivering streamline data workflows, interface capabilities, and reporting models. Qualifications Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel tools (formulas, pivots, etc.) Knowledge of Applicant Tracking, Time Keeping, & Performance Management platforms (Ex. SAP REACH, Greenhouse) Experience with Success Factors/SAP is a plus Experience with payroll systems is a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment, good organizational and communication skills, and ability to manage complex multi-disciplinary initiatives Solid understanding of HRIS terms & application interdependencies Proven ability to work cross-functionally with HR, business, and technical teams Undergraduate and/or advanced degree Responsibilities Handle highly confidential information in a professional manner Provide guidance to HR teams to ensure the HR community is following best practices of employee record processing Audit HR documentation and transactions and verify accuracy of manual changes made to HR Systems Review, audit and process mass updates each pay cycle to HRIS systems Maintain and update existing HR systems, identify points of improvement, and serve as a system administrator to HRIS Team and HR community Assist with development of business requirements and translating operational needs into system technical requirements Assist with HRIS software implementations Assist with building new analytical reports using a variety of tools Ensure security and data integrity across all HR platforms Ensure the integrity of all employee data is maintained for compliance, recordkeeping and reporting Maintain / foster relationships with system vendors or outside sources to enhance system knowledge, networking in the community Create and maintain process documents and training materials for all systems as applicable Demonstrate effective project management skills for complex projects Other projects as assigned Stay current on HR technology and trends, bringing new ideas to HRIS team Compensation Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
