What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement short and long-term sales strategies to support business objectives
- Establish and manage sales goals, activity metrics, and KPIs; monitor performance through dashboards and CRM reporting
- Partner with Marketing and Business Partners to align lead generation and sales initiatives
- Prepare and present regular reports on performance and strategic insights to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of sales development representatives
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Inside Sales Development Representative
- Experience building an inside sales team from inception
- Comprehensive knowledge of Inside Sales concepts, principles, and best practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing sales teams
- Experience with budgeting, strategic planning, and process improvement
