      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coach Account Executives (AEs) to maximize territory and diversify their sales pipeline
      - Utilize deal methodologies like MEDPICC to manage deals through the sales funnel
      - Analyze pipeline forecasts and partner with AEs to understand the buying process and risks
      - Make proactive business recommendations based on internal and external data analysis
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess market responses to messaging strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in a mid-market environment
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing a successful sales team
      - Strong data analysis skills and the ability to leverage data for business recommendations
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills
      - Expected travel of 30-50% of the time based on prospect and event needs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with sales methodologies such as BANT, MEDPICC, or similar
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
