Lead the execution of the competitive pricing plan and pricing strategies with Sales Leadership across the NAC, RILD, and WD/J business channels.
Lead employees using a performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and includes goal setting, feedback, and performance development planning.
Work cross-functionally with the Strategy Team and internal and external partners to develop and implement channel-specific pricing methodologies to maximize sales growth.
Engage NAC Pricing Team to develop corrective actions and/or drive decision-making through profitability/Return on Investment (ROI) tools providing solutions to shift spending to higher return activities.
Analyze performance and execution of NAC, RILD, and WD/J channel-specific pricing approaches.
Lead development of ad-hoc and scheduled NAC, RLID, and WD/J pricing quotes and adjustments to provide recommendations to leadership.
Utilize expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met.
Provide consultative solutions and recommendations to cross-functional teams to drive profitable results.
Collaborate with the Strategic Pricing and Corporate Finance Team on price changes and financial impact.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related analytical economic or finance discipline.
Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years in business or pricing leadership role.
People leadership experience preferred with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
Must have a working knowledge of multiple functions within the consumer products industry.
Ability to thrive in a processes-oriented environment and provide guidance on best practices and process improvement.
Strong analytical and strategic mind – organized and structured in approach.
Ability to assess complex business environments and formulate ideas to create value.
Able to dissect the key elements of a business situation and distill them into an executable framework.
Pragmatic and levelheaded, even in times of disagreement and debate – collaborative approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Extremely proficient in the utilization of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Experience with SAP or Oracle/JD Edwards E-One preferred.
Experience with Tableau preferred.
Lead a team of direct reports.
Manage resources efficiently to support NAC pricing objectives.
Effective cross-functional relationship building across the enterprise and at all levels.

Ability to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time.
Regularly required to use hands to grasp or handle and talk and hear.

The Manager, National Account Pricing is responsible for the execution and reporting of our pricing framework across Interstate National Account Customers (NAC), Regional Independent Local Dealers (RILD), and Wholesale Distribution/Jobber (WD/J). This role will manage a team and will be the primary contact working with NAC, RILD, and WD/J Sales Leadership in executing market strategies.
