      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing Account Managers, promoting collaboration and performance
      - Develop and implement retention and growth strategies for Small and Medium-Sized Business clients
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for clients
      - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, utilizing data analytics to enhance service delivery
      - Track KPIs and maintain detailed client records to ensure performance and address complex client issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing high-performing customer success teams
      - At least 5+ years of account and client management experience with proven retention and growth results
      - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft or Google Office Suite of products
      - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and trends
      - Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, though not required
      - Proven ability to analyze client performance and develop effective growth strategies
      - Experience in building strong, effective client relationships through communication and understanding of needs
