What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to drive sales in the payroll division
- Establish performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability structures for the team
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation and conversion
- Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to track performance and adjust strategies
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a high-growth environment
- Proven track record of success in sales and mentoring other professionals
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce and Dialpad for reporting and coaching
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire team performance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a payroll solutions or related industry
- Familiarity with sales analytics tools and methodologies
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within sales
- Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance client satisfaction
