      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and direct a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within the assigned region
      - Establish and negotiate pricing, product rebate programs, and shelf space in collaboration with the Sales Director
      - Direct and manage sales representatives, including hiring, coaching, and product training
      - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and contractors
      - Create and implement sales promotions and participate in marketing and sales trade shows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business or a relevant field, or equivalent relevant experience
      - In-depth knowledge of business, sales, and marketing within the plumbing industry
      - Extensive relationship network in the plumbing industry
      - Proven experience managing independent sales representatives
      - Sales experience in comparably sized manufacturing/distribution organizations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Leadership experience, particularly in directing independent business representatives
      - Preference for candidates residing in their territory, with exceptions for the greater Cleveland/Akron area of Ohio
