What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct daily standups, weekly one-on-ones, and ongoing training sessions to enhance team performance.
- Own the pipeline generation strategy and track SDR metrics, including outreach volume and meetings booked.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent for the SDR team, creating clear development plans for career progression.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align messaging and improve go-to-market execution.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing an SDR team in a consultative outbound sales environment.
- Strong passion for coaching and developing sales representatives through feedback and structured training.
- Deep understanding of outbound sales metrics and the ability to drive pipeline production.
- Proven experience in hiring, ramping, and developing high-performing SDRs.
- Effective communication skills with both team members and leadership.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with or selling to the real estate, property management, or similar traditional industries.
- Previous experience as an SDR manager in a startup environment.
