What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement the sales qualification process
- Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company values
- Track and report sales team metrics to leadership regularly
- Coach and develop direct reports while maintaining high employee engagement
- Generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives in collaboration with sales leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales representative role within the Human Capital Management industry
- At least 2 years of prior management experience; management consulting experience is a plus
- Experience overseeing a team of 4 or more individuals
- Technical proficiency in sales software, including Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Sales Loft
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
