      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Collaborate with sales leadership to create and train the sales qualification process
      - Hire and train high-performing salespeople according to company values and methodology
      - Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver performance reviews
      - Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership regularly
      - Implement performance plans and coach direct reports to meet pre-determined revenue goals

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - Minimum of 3 years in a sales representative role within the Human Capital Management industry
      - Minimum of 2 years of prior management experience overseeing a team of 4+ people
      - Technical proficiency in sales software such as Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
      - Strong leadership philosophy that emphasizes team development and collaboration

      **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
      - Prior management consulting experience
      - Experience with sales software tools such as Sales Loft
      - Strong drive for implementing DEIB initiatives within the sales team
      - Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, high-performing team culture
      - Experience in developing and executing sales contests and motivational initiatives
