What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the hiring, training, and development of a high-performing sales team focused on outside direct sales
- Increase market share and exceed performance targets related to subscribers, revenue, and churn
- Meet or exceed overall sales quotas for the assigned region
- Conduct frequent sales meetings and implement key operational initiatives
- Mentor and coach Account Executives to drive team productivity and success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 4-7 years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment
- 2 years of people management experience
- 2 years of experience in telecommunications or technical sales
- Strong coaching, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven track record of high yield business sales success
- Familiarity with basic HR/recruiting processes to attract and retain top sales talent
- Ability to conduct difficult conversations with strong coaching skills
