      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the hiring, training, and development of a high-performing sales team focused on outside direct sales
      - Increase market share and exceed performance targets related to subscribers, revenue, and churn
      - Coordinate and run frequent sales meetings to drive team productivity
      - Implement key operational initiatives while maintaining high ethical standards
      - Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring for Account Executives in the field

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - 4-7 years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment
      - 2+ years of people management responsibilities
      - 2+ years of experience in telecommunications or technical sales
      - Strong coaching and leadership skills with the ability to conduct difficult conversations

      - Proven track record of high yield business sales success
      - Familiarity with basic HR/recruiting processes to attract and retain top sales talent
      - Excellent presentation skills for large groups and one-on-one interactions
      - Well-honed negotiating and closing skills, including emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities
