      Long Description

      We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to support our fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. In this role, we are seeking a result-driven, detail-oriented person to lead the talent acquisition team in support of our growing business units within Southwire. Your focus will be on driving staffing strategies through innovative recruiting techniques to meet the business needs.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Be a thought leader on market trends, provide end-to-end support for the Talent Acquisition Specialist team, and partner with leaders/hiring managers within our defined business units to implement scalable solutions.
      • Provide leadership and guidance to Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sources, and/or Coordinators to achieve goals and metrics as defined by organizational and departmental objectives.
      • Identify sourcing pipelines and define robust sourcing strategies using a variety of methods (e.g. networking, referrals, ads, internet sourcing, and agencies)
      • Drive Talent Acquisitions Specialist’s relationships with identified technical institutes, universities, and the military to build partnerships and brands.
      • Identify, select, and establish relationships with third-party vendors for unique and hard-to-fill positions.
      • Work across departments to ensure clients and candidates experience an exceptional level of service.
      • Develop a strategy for candidate pipeline development and sourcing by utilizing all available tools (career website, social media, job boards, recruiting tools, and agencies)
      • Execute, analyze, and hold TA Specialist accountable for key TA metrics e.g. cost per hire, offers extended, offers accepted, hiring cycle time, quality of hire, turnover, client and candidate satisfaction etc.
      • Perform executive searches on an as-needed basis.
      • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned on a needed basis.

      Required Education, Experience, and Skills
      Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's
      Years of Experience: 8+,
      Field of Expertise: Human resources, marketing, or business

      Other Preferred Skills, Licenses, & Certificates:
      • Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills, and team-based project experience
      • Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes, and continuous improvement.
      • Must have experience in mapping and sourcing resumes from various resources.
      • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and various other recruiting platforms.
      • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and knowledge of data mining and internet research.
      • Experience in Recruiting for corporate and multi-site manufacturing and/or distribution facilities. Proven track record of building relationships, sourcing candidates and filling positions timely
      • Demonstrated ability to build scalable recruiting programs and processes
      • Skilled with Talent Acquisition technology

      Travel % of Time: Up to 25%
      Travel: Domestic

      Location: Atlanta, GA, or Carrollton GA
      This role is hybrid work in the office/on-site 4+ days a week at either The Battery or Corporate HQ office.
