      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and provide ongoing education and support to recruiters throughout the recruitment process
      - Oversee the entire recruiting function for a ~$500 million business line
      - Establish and maintain a cohesive recruiting team and ensure effective recruiting processes are operational
      - Collaborate with operational partners to identify and address recruitment challenges
      - Monitor and track recruitment metrics to redirect team efforts and achieve established goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 years of recruiting experience
      - 2 years of recruiting management experience
      - High School Diploma
      - Experience using an enterprise ATS to track and report candidate and job statistics
      - Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - AIRS certification
      - Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, including occasional nights and weekends
