What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of recruiters to effectively attract, assess, and integrate top talent for the organization
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Analyze key metrics to identify successes and opportunities for improvement in recruitment processes
- Foster a customer-focused mentality across the team to ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Represent Talent Acquisition at executive and operational leadership meetings, providing strategic updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6 - 8 years of recruiting experience with a strong preference in both agency and corporate settings
- 1 - 3 years of management or related experience with demonstrated ability to manage departments
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build trust and relationships quickly
- Ability to integrate and interpret data from multiple sources to develop effective staffing solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SHRM Certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP) is desirable
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, distributed workforce
- Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for recruitment challenges
- Familiarity with automated solutions and technology to improve recruitment processes
