What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all assigned account activities and customer relationships
- Implement proactive sales strategies to grow sales and profitability
- Build strong customer relationships to understand their business needs
- Identify and pursue new account opportunities while expanding existing accounts
- Collaborate with team members to meet strategic sales objectives and execute marketing programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in sales management or territory sales
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to forecast demand for current and promotional items
- Experience with account management and customer relationship building
- Current retailer relationships are a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the natural and organic food industry
- Familiarity with promotional programs and marketing strategies
- Proven track record of business development success
- Ability to work in a team-focused environment
- Previous experience attending trade shows and trainings
