What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own all assigned account activity and manage customer relationships
- Implement proactive sales strategies to grow sales and profitability
- Build strong customer relationships and develop strategic selling initiatives
- Identify and open new accounts while expanding existing accounts through targeted projects
- Execute marketing programs and provide educational resources to customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Ability to manage account receivables and sales forecasting
- Experience in building relationships within the retail sector is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team-focused environment
- Availability to attend trade shows, meetings, and trainings as assigned
