What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead market research efforts to translate insights into actionable marketing plans
- Design, execute, and deliver high-impact research using both quantitative and qualitative methods
- Address diverse business challenges, including brand evolution and international expansion
- Synthesize data into clear narratives to influence decision-making across teams
- Collaborate with various departments to drive brand outcomes and strategic initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in data analysis and mixed-method user or market research
- Proven ability to independently conduct full-cycle research from design to reporting
- Strong background in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience managing agencies or vendors for achieving desired research outcomes
- Proficiency in tools such as SPSS or R, along with survey programming platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience conducting global research studies
- Background in product or go-to-market (GTM) strategy research, including messaging development
- Familiarity with behavioral data analysis
- Experience in campaign development and tracking
- Ability to leverage data from various sources to influence stakeholders
