What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Market products and services through the independent agency system in designated territories
- Manage communication and relationships with agents, underwriting department, and Account Executives
- Demonstrate knowledge of Strategic Comp’s products through presentations and one-on-one communication
- Gather data and present accounts to the Underwriting Department with strategic recommendations
- Focus on achieving high renewal retention and profitable growth of new business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and at least 10+ years of experience in production underwriting or marketing commercial insurance
- Preferably experience in workers’ compensation and large accounts
- Strong knowledge of the Independent Agent system
- Established relationships with key agencies in the Indianapolis, Cincinnati, or Louisville territory
- Additional experience in underwriting, loss control, or claims is a plus

- Familiarity with underwriting processes and loss control measures
- Proven track record of successful business development in the insurance sector
- Strong presentation and communication skills
