What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of client briefings, newsletters, and thought leadership materials
- Help maintain marketing collateral, including attorney bios, practice descriptions, and brochures
- Conduct basic client, industry, and competitor research to support business development initiatives
- Provide logistical support for webinars, conferences, and client-facing events
- Collaborate with business development managers and coordinators on cross-functional projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant coursework or internships in marketing, communications, or business a plus
- 1–2 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM platforms is a plus
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM platforms, such as InterAction
- Previous involvement in event planning or coordination
- Familiarity with legal marketing strategies and practices
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Experience handling confidential information discreetly
