What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist and lead the preparation of proposals, including large proposals and smaller cross-regional efforts
- Coordinate and complete content for qualifications and proposals, ensuring compliance and quality
- Facilitate color reviews and implement revisions based on feedback from review teams
- Participate in go/no-go analyses and capture planning activities related to proposals
- Liaise with business line teams to support the development of marketing information and project documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree with 4 years of experience in a marketing team supporting proposal activity, or equivalent education/experience
- Strong understanding of proposal and presentation strategy development and compliance
- Experience producing submittals in response to RFQ/RFP documents
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with excellent writing skills
- Ability to produce accurate and compelling work independently and collaboratively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with InDesign software and knowledge of the A/E industry
- Prior experience in the AEC industry
- Strong organizational, writing, and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM Salesforce
