What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain the Agency Administration database in IDMS
- Manage the new agency appointment process with accuracy and responsiveness
- Respond to inquiries from agents, vendors, and employees related to the Marketing Department
- Provide internal support for Marketing Representatives and administrative support for Marketing Department activities
- Assist in preparations for various Marketing Department events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or two years of equivalent experience
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to prepare business correspondence and reports
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a marketing or administrative support role within the insurance industry
- Familiarity with agency administration processes
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports
