      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide analytical expertise by researching and preparing summaries and analyses on health care industry trends and growth opportunities
      - Analyze marketplace customer information and deliver actionable recommendations for operational implementation
      - Create data visualizations and conduct data validation for internal and external audiences
      - Support project and program evaluation activities, including data collection and literature searches
      - Collaborate with various teams to develop return on investments (ROIs) for executive leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Colorado resident
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data mining, analysis, and visualization
      - Minimum of 2 years of development experience with a visualization tool (Power BI preferred)
      - 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, economic modeling, or public policy fiscal analysis, preferably in healthcare
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

      - Experience with public speaking and translating data for diverse audiences
      - Proven ability to oversee multiple complex projects with competing deadlines
      - Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of building trust and cooperative relationships
