What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Acquire expertise in HEDIS terminology, workflows, and hybrid clinical measures through internal training
- Retrieve electronic medical records (EMRs) and identify appropriate documentation per HEDIS specifications
- Collaborate with the team to achieve project milestones and troubleshoot issues
- Perform additional HEDIS-related tasks and quality improvement activities as assigned
- Adhere to all organizational privacy and confidentiality policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education: Medical Assistant (MA) required; Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
- Experience: EMR experience required; HEDIS experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Previous experience with HEDIS reporting or quality improvement projects
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
