      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare patients for examinations and diagnostic procedures, including recording vital signs and medical history
      - Report observed patient concerns and changes in condition to licensed staff
      - Perform CLIA Waved Lab tests and report results to appropriate personnel
      - Assist licensed staff with clinical procedures, such as suture removal and injections
      - Manage clerical functions, including scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential through the employer's RQI system within 30 days of hire
      - Certification as an Advanced EMT, Paramedic, Certified Medical Assistant, Registered Medical Assistant, or related medical assistant certification
      - Demonstrated phlebotomy skills and effective communication abilities
      - Ability to perform essential job functions and withstand physical demands of the position
      - Additional license requirements as determined by the hiring department

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with Basic Life Support (BLS) requirements
      - Knowledge of infection prevention and control practices
      - Proficiency in specific clinic's specialty skills within six weeks of hire
