      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage prescription refills via eRx, portal, patient communication, and other methods while adhering to protocols, guidelines, and algorithms
      - Provide outreach to patients regarding any concerns or questions, set up appointments, and conduct medication reconciliation
      - Communicate with patients using appropriate phone etiquette and professionalism, exemplifying service excellence
      - Document all calls and actions taken in the patient's medical record using the appropriate technology
      - Review appointment lists to ensure visits are prepared for providers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in a medical setting
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Certified/Registered Medical Assistant
      - BLS certification within 6 months of hire
      - Proficient in medical terminology
      - Strong communication skills
      - Ability to create an ergonomically correct home workspace and possess high-speed internet access

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in patient communications or customer service within a healthcare environment
      - Familiarity with electronic health record systems
      - Additional certifications in healthcare or administrative support
