      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform patient care tasks and procedures as directed by healthcare professionals
      - Carry out administrative duties as needed to support clinical operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Active CMA, CCMA, RMA, or NREMT-Basic certification
      - BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
      - Minimum of one year of clinical or administrative experience
      - Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in clinical roles
      - Additional certifications related to medical assisting or patient care
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
      - Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
      - Bilingual capabilities to assist diverse patient populations
