      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review intake records for completeness and transfer information to Electronic Health Record (EHR)
      - Schedule appointments and assess video readiness for virtual consultations
      - Communicate effectively with members and other healthcare team members
      - Document patient history, biometric screenings, and prepare care plans in EHR
      - Maintain health information in compliance with corporate and federal regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - An active Medical Assistant Certification is REQUIRED
      - High school diploma required
      - Minimum of 4+ years of Medical Assistant experience required
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Customer service experience required
      - Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and video conferencing preferred
      - Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft software
      - 2+ years of college education preferred
      - Training as an LPN/LVN or Nursing Student is helpful
