What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve sales targets and quotas within a defined territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and private practices specializing in otolaryngology
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including ENT physicians and hospital administrators
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and clinical evaluations
- Provide clinical support to healthcare professionals and ensure high customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in biology, biomedical science, or business
- Prior sales experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in medical device sales or with ENT products
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and market trends
- Established network within the healthcare community
