What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategies within key accounts in the Dermatology therapeutic area
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including nurses and office staff
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to address customer needs proactively
- Analyze market dynamics to support brand and corporate objectives
- Participate in initiatives to promote sales success at industry congresses and medical conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; advanced education or certifications are a plus
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the Immunology market or similar specialty market
- Proven track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets
- Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories
- Strong ethical standards and compliance orientation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Dermatology field is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse partners
- A passion for science and a proactive approach to learning about disease states and treatment options
