      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with senior care partners to enroll new resident members and discuss plan benefits
      - Educate members about the plan and provide high-quality customer service
      - Resolve issues for members and providers, escalating unresolved matters as needed
      - Actively market the plan to potential senior care partners within the service area
      - Conduct presentations and meetings in compliance with CMS and state guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two-year associate/technical degree, bachelor’s degree, or relevant experience in direct sales and account management
      - Tennessee/Kentucky State Health Insurance License required
      - Experience working with the senior population is preferred
      - Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong attention to detail

      - Experience in a healthcare sales role focusing on Medicare Advantage plans
      - Proven track record of meeting sales goals and managing territory effectively
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative

      - Flexibility and adaptability to change in a dynamic work environment
