      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with senior care partners to enroll new resident members and discuss plan benefits
      - Provide high-quality customer service by educating members on plan details and resolving inquiries
      - Actively market the plan to new senior care partners within the service area
      - Conduct individual meetings and presentations in compliance with CMS and state guidelines
      - Maintain accurate records and track sales and marketing results while adhering to HIPAA regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two-year associate/technical degree, bachelor’s degree, or relevant experience in direct sales and account management
      - Tennessee or Kentucky State Health Insurance License required
      - Experience working with the senior population preferred
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills in English

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare direct sales or account management
      - Proven track record of achieving sales goals
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
