What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work with senior care partners to enroll new residents and educate them about plan benefits
- Provide high-quality customer service and timely responses to inquiries regarding eligibility and plan coverage
- Assist in resolving member and provider issues, escalating unresolved cases as necessary
- Actively market the health plan to new senior care partners within the service area
- Conduct individual meetings and presentations in compliance with CMS and state guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Tennessee/Kentucky State Health Insurance License required
- Minimum of a two-year associate/technical degree or experience in direct sales and account management
- Experience working with the senior population preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proven experience in healthcare direct sales or account management
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with HIPAA/HITECH compliance
