What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with senior care partners to enroll new resident members and discuss plan benefits
- Educate members on plan offerings and provide high-quality customer service
- Resolve member and provider issues, escalating unresolved problems as needed
- Actively market the plan to new senior care partners within the service area
- Conduct sales and marketing presentations in compliance with CMS and state guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two-year associate/technical degree, bachelor’s degree, or relevant experience in direct sales and account management
- Tennessee/Kentucky State Health Insurance License required
- Experience working with the senior population is necessary
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills

- Experience in healthcare direct sales or account management
- Previous work with the elder community
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
